We serve daily home made ground burger meats (brisket and chuck tender) and we book them in an open kitchen right in front of our guests. We use only top-quality, fresh and innovative ingredients like our signature 'sweet plantain jam'. Passion for service and quality is part of our DNA.
We originated from the burger battle (COVA), where we represented our sister restaurant Maracaibo Bistro. After winning the competition, we decided to create a space where everyone could try the winning burger along with other new creations. We are a family owner business, and in addition to Maracaibo Bistro, we also own La Oficina Steakhouse & Cantina, all recognized for their quality and excellent service.
